Meet the Team

Kieran
Antonia
I’m a Highly Specialist NHS Mental Health & Eating Disorders Dietitian by day and a professional Sports Dietitian by night. I’m here to provide private support across general dietetics, eating disorders, mental health, sports nutrition, and professional supervision.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical experience, and the belief that nutrition support should be both expert and realistic. In other words: no fads, no nonsense, and no meal plans that require the organisational skills of a military operation.

I support people with a wide range of needs, from eating disorders and complex relationships with food, to sports performance, digestive issues, diabetes, weight and metabolic health, and broader dietetic concerns. I also offer clinical supervision, interview and job application support, and eating disorder awareness training for professionals, students, and teams.

Alongside my private work, I work within the NHS in a specialist role supporting people with eating disorders, mental health needs, and neurodiversity. That experience shapes the way I work: thoughtful, practical, compassionate, and clear. I take the clinical side of things seriously, but I also know that people do not need more judgment, confusion, or contradictory advice. They usually need support that makes sense in real life.

I’m a father of two girls, heavily caffeinated, a regular gym-goer, and a strong believer that health advice should feel human rather than robotic. My approach is warm, straightforward, and tailored to the person in front of me. I want clients to feel informed and supported, not overwhelmed or like they’ve accidentally signed up for a full-time job in nutritional admin.
Whether you are looking for support with recovery, wellbeing, performance, or professional development, my aim is to offer specialist input in a way that feels grounded, collaborative, and genuinely useful.
I’m a Gastroenterology Lead Dietitian with a particular interest in gut health and women’s health. I provide specialist, compassionate support for people experiencing digestive symptoms, gastrointestinal conditions, and hormonal challenges.

My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition science, clinical experience, and a holistic understanding of health. Gut and hormonal symptoms rarely exist neatly in isolation, so I take time to understand the whole picture - including nutrition, lifestyle, medical history, and the impact symptoms may be having on everyday life.

I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), coeliac disease, digestive discomfort, food intolerances, and other gastrointestinal conditions. I also work with women seeking nutrition support through hormonal changes and different stages of life.

Digestive and hormonal health can be confusing, particularly when the advice online ranges from contradictory to unnecessarily restrictive. My role is to help clients make sense of their symptoms, understand the evidence, and find practical strategies that support their health without turning food into another source of stress.

Whether you are managing a diagnosed gastrointestinal condition, navigating hormonal changes, or trying to understand persistent symptoms, my aim is to provide expert support that feels reassuring, practical, and genuinely useful.
